Shipping Policy

Before dispatch

Once payment has been authorized, we generally spend 1–2 business days processing and packing the order. That stage is separate from shipping. Check all address fields and the service and charge displayed by checkout before submitting the purchase.

Carrier estimate

Transit is expected to take 4–6 business days from dispatch, with weekends and applicable holidays excluded. The carrier may need time to publish the first tracking event. Travel estimates guide planning but do not guarantee a named delivery day.

Help with a parcel

Write to velarasan650@gmail.com when tracking is delayed, a delivery scan appears without the parcel, or transit damage is visible. Share the order number, checkout email and tracking details, and retain the parcel and useful images for review. This process does not reduce non-excludable rights.
