Where are variant details shown?

Each Owala product page presents the available choice through its images and selectors. Compare the displayed capacity, color, material, size or style for drinkware, bags, pet products, cleaning items and replacement components.

What are the delivery stages?

Normal preparation takes 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Carrier transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch, not counting weekends or applicable holidays. Checkout lists delivery charges; the Shipping Policy covers tracking questions.

How do returns work?

Request an eligible new-item return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We accept defective and non-defective reasons, while a non-defective item must be unused and in original condition. Wait for authorization before using the free prepaid label enclosed in the package. There is no restocking fee.
